Jillian Hall

Jillian is a Principal and Director of Foxfield Lawyers with more than 15 years' experience advising individuals, families, businesses, developers and government organisations throughout Tasmania.

Since being admitted to practice in 2010, Jillian has built a reputation for providing practical, commercially focused advice, delivered with integrity, attention to detail and genuine care for her clients. Her experience spans Conveyancing, Commercial and Property Law, Estate Planning and Estate Administration, helping clients navigate both everyday transactions and complex legal matters with confidence.

Jillian believes that good legal advice should be practical, straightforward and tailored to each client's individual circumstances. She takes the time to understand what matters most to her clients and works collaboratively to achieve outcomes that are both legally sound and commercially sensible.

Before co-founding Foxfield Lawyers, Jillian spent more than 15 years with one of Tasmania's leading law firms, progressing from Graduate Solicitor to Principal Solicitor. During that time, she managed a busy regional office, led Commercial Law and Estate Planning teams, mentored junior lawyers and contributed to the strategic growth of the practice.

Respected within the profession, Jillian has contributed to numerous Law Society of Tasmania committees and working groups, including those responsible for reviewing standard contracts and property and commercial law issues.

As a lifelong North-West Tasmanian, Jillian is passionate about supporting local people and businesses. She combines a strong work ethic with a genuine appreciation for family and the community.  Away from Foxfield Lawyers, Jillian is an active member of the Zonta Club of Devonport and enjoys life on the family's hobby farm with her husband and four young boys.
